Stage 1 – Company Formation
1. Certified copies of Swazi ID or passport (all directors)
2. Graded tax numbers for all directors
3. Suggested name of the company (at least 4 options)
5. Main objectives of the business
6. Shareholding percentages (out of 100%)
7. Postal Address
8. Payment (refer to payment options)
What you will get?

1. Memorandum & Articles of Association (2 copies)
2. Certificate of Incorporation
3. Form J (Journal of Directors)

Stage 2 – Business Licensing
After the company has been registered, we will require you to secure premises and obtain a lease agreement and we start processing your trading licence. At this stage we will also register your company for tax and get tax clearance as well as Residence Permits for foreign investors/directors
Stage 3 – Company Branding
We will also help you with the company logo, letterhead and even the first 20 business cards, and you know you are flying

Barter Trade Payment Option
If you do not have cash to pay for the our services now you can trade-in your gadget; laptop, tablet, PC, cellphone etc, for our services. All you need to do is to have proof of ownership of the item either in form of receipt or affidavit signed under oath. We will then evaluate your gadget with you, sign an agreement and offer you the service. The value shall be at least 10% more than the fees payable.
